About Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI)

DEI is the overarching term for the programs, policies, strategies, and practices that embody a company’s mission to create (and sustain) a diverse, equitable, inclusive and safe workplace for its employees.

A culture of equity and inclusion is not only critical to the success of diversity efforts, but creating an equitable and inclusive workplace also makes for happier and more fulfilled employees, which improves business productivity.

67% of job seekers consider workplace diversity an important factor when considering employment opportunities, and more than 50% of current employees want their workplace to do more to increase diversity.

45% of American workers experienced discrimination and/or harassment in the past year.

"Keli is a gifted presenter and facilitator who discussed these tough topics with poise and ease. What I like most is that she's great at making training comfortable and encourages open and honest dialogue. We all left with a new understanding of diversity of all types, which made for a more friendly and understanding work culture within weeks."
